How do I return an item?
We offer a 3 Month warranty on all Used Parts. In cases of faulty or damaged parts we will supply a replacement. If a replacement cannot be sourced within a reasonable amount of time then a full refund will be issued of the purchase price. Replacement or refund will only be issued upon receipt of original invoice and return of the original part in the same condition as it was supplied with security marks still intact.
Traynors will not reimburse any labour costs or charges for fitting/removal/changing of any parts supplied by the company under any circumstances.
All Engines must be fitted by a properly qualified technician and be correctly serviced with new cam and auxiliary belts, oil, oil filters and spark plugs. Failure to adhere to these conditions will invalidate warranty and no refund or replacement will be issued. Engines are sold as bare and will not include starter, alternator, Gearbox, injectors, Turbos etc. Any ancillary parts supplied have not been tested and are free of charge. These parts are not covered by Traynors warranty. All Engines will be supplied free of fluids. Any attempt to start an engine without correct fluids will render warranty invalid. All Used electrical items are non refundable as they may be damaged by incorrect fitting or faults from the buyers car.
Traynors do not cover any parts that show signs of being tampered with, ie being opened up. No liability can be accepted for malfunction, damage or injury caused by incorrect fitting of safety critical / explosive parts (ie, airbags and seatbelts).
If a part is purchased in error, it can be returned within 7 days but a 20% re-stocking charge will apply and a credit note will be given, Traynors are not liable for return postage in these instances.
Please note that all credit notes are only valid for 6 months.
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Traynors LTD cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer.
